Lucky I make time for Sketch Club each week; there is slow progress on the succulents done on cotton fabric with Derwent Inktense pencils, which I dip in water.It takes time to lay down the colors as this particular plant has such variations going from red to green. Very festive.

Thanks, Julierose. No I didn't wet the fabric first (I'll try that method on another sketch). I just dipped the pencil into water before applying. The fabric is fairly thin, which maybe allowed the bleeding. There's a learning curve here!
